Apparently, there are far, far more people in prison in the USA today than there were at any time when Joseph (man of steel) Stalin was general secretary of the Russian communist party.

What’s your point here? Are you saying the USA is better than Stalin?
And blacks are the kulaks of the modern U.S.! In the 1930s blacks were 3 times more likely to be sent to prison than whites; now they are 7 times more likely.I know, because the liberal Guardian told me.
