The exploration of the little known Sailor Moon fan fic divisions in the Central Committee is keeping me up at night! One thing that haunted both sides of the River of Blood was a commitment to canon in all the wrong places but also ignoring it in the wrong places, too. Mao recognized fan fic as a division among the fans, which was one of his many necessary innovations.
