In preparation for the online reading group (following on from our enfleshed version), I have thoroughly revised the reading list, turning it into an annnotated bibliographical essay, replete with links to online versions of texts where available. Eventually I will add all the original lnaguage sources as well, but that would make what is really an article far too long.
